Haru Data Lab は、国や自治体が公開している制度情報をAI(Claude)で収集・検証し、地域別に整理したWebサイトとデータ分析記事を制作・運営する個人事業です。

首都圏30市区の、空き家・老朽家屋の解体補助制度を自治体別に整理。
61地域の、エコキュートなど高効率給湯器の導入に使える国・自治体の補助制度を整理。
65地域の、家庭用蓄電池・太陽光発電の導入に使える国・自治体の補助制度を整理。
制作の進め方
- 各機関の公式ページだけを根拠に、制度の金額・条件・受付状況を集める
- AIで整理した内容を、出典リンクと確認日つきで掲載する
- 受付状況や予算は定期的に見直し、変わっていれば更新する。分からないことは「要確認」と書き、推測で埋めない

Haru Data Lab is a sole-proprietor, AI-native media business based in Tokyo, Japan (founded October 2026).
We use Claude to collect, verify and organize public subsidy information published by Japanese national and local governments, and publish it as regularly updated, region-by-region websites. Every figure links to its official source with a check date.
Current sites: Vacant-house demolition subsidies (30 municipalities in the Tokyo area), Water-heater subsidies (61 areas) and Home battery & solar subsidies (65 areas). Revenue model: affiliate partnerships (A8.net), clearly labeled as PR.
Business registration: sole proprietorship registered with the Japanese National Tax Agency via e-Tax (Notification of Commencement of Business, October 2026). Documents are available to partners on request.
